They answered on the first ring and were extremely polite. They were quick with arriving to meet me. When they arrived to help me open my car (I locked my keys in the car) they took less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!

I somehow always end up with cars that don’t have a spare tire, and the other day it finally caught up to me. I drove home and noticed the tire pressure warning saying the tire was low. By the next morning when I tried to leave, it was completely flat. I could clearly see metal shards sticking out of the tire, so there was no way I could move the car. My insurance was taking way too long to send a tow truck, so I decided to call Roadside Rescue SA instead. I honestly expected to wait hours like I was already doing with the tow truck, but that wasn’t the case at all. They responded quickly, explained everything step-by-step, and even told me why they require a small deposit up front. They removed the tire from my car, took it to their shop to patch it up, and then came back to put it back on. My car stayed on the jack while they fixed it. The whole thing was still done before the estimated time the tow truck from my insurance was even supposed to arrive. They were quick, friendly, and there were no hoops to jump through. They got me back on the road in no time. Great service overall. 10/10. I’ll definitely be calling them again before dealing with the car insurance robot!

I cannot thank this team enough! This is the second time I’ve had to call them, and both times they were a lifesaver. Today my car stalled at a light with my young son in the back, and I was so stressed. They showed up quickly, got me back on the road, and were so professional and kind. As a parent and a delivery driver, I need someone I can trust, and this is the only company I’ll be calling from now on. Highly recommend

Roadside Rescue SA responded My request for a flat tire immediately. I did not have to wait the 24 to 48 hours for a response, it was within 15 to 20 minutes after I submitted my request. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They came to my home got my tire off quickly fixed it and I’m back and rolling! Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE I’m just satisfied all around and they are definitely in my contacts for future. Thank You Much!🎀

I ended up stranded at the Quarry, but this company came through big time. They had me up and running in under an hour! My regular roadside service through my insurance usually takes about 2.5 hours, so this was a huge relief. Highly recommend!
